Shipping to all European countries is FREE. The rest of the world is 19.99 €.
Additional Duties and Taxes
For delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country when ordering items from us. All expenses relating to customs duties and taxes are paid by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We send all ordered items from Estonia (EU).

Returns
We want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us, but we know that sometimes an item might need to be returned. Our return policy lasts 14 days, counting from the date you have received your order. The pieces have to be unused and have to come with all of the original packagings for a full refund. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should mail your item to Aija Kivi, Saue 15-7, Tallinn 10612, Estonia.
Please note your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service/insurance/tracking. However, you must cover all the shipping costs for returning the goods.
Refunds
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, the refund will be sent to you within 14 working days, counting from the date of validation of return, normally by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
