    Our store is hosted on WooCommerce. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

These Terms tell you information about us and the legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we sell any of the Products (“Products”) listed on our website (“Site”) to you. 
    2. Orders that are placed online, we supply to you through this Website (“Products”) is subject to the Website Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions of Sale”). These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (“Contract”). 
    3. We may revise these Terms as they apply to your order from time to time to reflect changes in relevant laws or regulatory requirements. Every time you wish to order Products, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the terms which will apply at that time. 

    Terms and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Sales Terms”) and Terms of Website Use (“Website Use Terms”) (together with our Cookie Policy, Privacy Policy) tell you information about the legal terms and conditions (“Terms”) on which we sell any of the Products (“Products”) listed on our website (“Site”) to you. 
    2. Your purchase of products which we supply to you through this Website (orders that are placed online) (“Products”) is subject to the Website Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms and Conditions of Sale”). 
    3. These Terms will apply to any contract between us for the sale of Products to you (“Contract”). 
    4. Please read these Sales Terms carefully, together with our Website Use Terms, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If you purchase Products through our Website, our Terms and Conditions of Sale, govern our relationship with you in relation to this Website.

    Sales Contract 

    1. Orders placed by you on our website www.aijakivi.com (the “Website”) for the products offered by us through the website are only an offer to conclude a sales contract. The sales contract is entered into upon the confirmation of the order by e-mail by us to you. 
    2. This contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms. Neither party will need to get the agreement of any other person in order to end the contract or make any changes to these terms. 
    3. By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.

    Order Placement 

    1. Our shopping pages will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please carefully check your order on each page of the order process. Contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
    2. After you have placed an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. 
    3. Our acceptance of your order takes place when we dispatch the goods ordered and by sending you an e-mail confirmation unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept your order or you have canceled your order. The Contract between us will only be formed when we send you the dispatch/shipping confirmation. 
    4. If a Product is not in stock and we are unable to supply you that Product or because we cannot verify delivery or payment information you have supplied, we will inform you of this by email and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the item(s), we will refund you the full amount (including any delivery costs). 
    5. If we are unable to verify the delivery or payment information you have supplied we may restrict delivery to the address to which your credit or debit card is registered.
    6. We reserve the right not to accept your order if we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have requested, or we do not deliver to your area; or one or more of the items you ordered was priced incorrectly due to a typographical error or resulting from a fluctuation in the prices of precious metals or gems.


    1. The payment currency is EUR. You can choose the payment method that suits you best at the checkout. We offer credit card payment (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, and Estonian bank links Maksekeskus AS; we are responsible for your personal data, which is shared with authorized transfer company Maksekeskus AS, which uses the personal data necessary for making payments.
    2. You must pay for products before we dispatch them. In the event that the sum due cannot be debited for whatever reason, the sale will be canceled and you will be notified via email. 

    Pricing and VAT 

    1. All product prices are quoted in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
    2. VAT is charged on all orders including international orders. 


    1. We do maintain a controlled amount of stock Products, but whilst we do our very best to ensure that there is an accurate inventory for your shopping ease, items do sell out. This usually happens when two or more customers order the same item at the same time before our website has been updated. If this happens you will be notified in a timely manner (usually the same or next day), and we will offer you suggestions on fulfillment of your order or refund any monies paid by you. 
    2. Products held in stock will be sent out within 1-3 working days. Please note, working days do not include weekends or Public Holidays.


    1. Our goal is to describe the products on the website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures on the website can differ somewhat from their actual colors. We cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.
    2. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice. 


    1. We are not responsible for any delay or prevention of delivery of your item(s). 
    2. Aija Kivi Jewellery is not liable for any damage or loss of items of jewelry after the courier has accepted the item for delivery. Any claim must be made directly to the carrier. 
    3. International delivery covers the following countries; EUROPE: Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Holy See, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Ukraine, United Kingdom; NORTH AMERICA: Canada, Cuba, Mexico, United States; FAR EAST: Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, North Korea, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand; REST OF THE WORLD: Australia, New Zealand, Qatar, Saudi Arabia.

    Import Duties and Taxes  

    1. For delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the destination country when ordering goods from us. Aija Kivi Jewellery has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Aija Kivi Jewellery is not liable to pay any additional charges for customs clearance in relation to goods entering into a foreign country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. 
    2. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office to understand the relevant Customs policy for the country where the goods are being received. 


    1. If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us of this fact in writing and send your notification to us by e-mail.
    2. If the notification of your wish to cancel your order arrives with us after your order has been sent, it will be too late to prevent it from being delivered and you will need to return it after delivery.

    Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

    At Aija Kivi Jewellery we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us but we know that sometimes an item might need to be returned and our policy is outlined below. Please make sure you read and fully understand the terms.

    1. If you are not entirely satisfied you have the right to ask for a refund and to return a product, strictly within 14 days, counting from the date you have received your order. 
    2. The pieces have to be unused and have to come with all of the original packagings for a full refund. 
    3. Make sure you write your name, address, and order number on the returns form which we will email you, and enclose with your goods. Ensure your goods are placed within a securely wrapped parcel. Please ensure that there is no mention of Aija Kivi Jewellery on any outer packaging as this will be a security risk. 
    4. Please note your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a registered or recorded postal service/insurance/tracking. However, you must cover all the shipping costs for returning the goods.
    5. Once the item is received, checked, and accepted by the company you will receive an email that will confirm any further course of action if necessary. 
    6. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. 
    7. We reserve the right to refuse the return if the item(s) have been worn, used, altered, or damaged.
    8. If you are returning the product because of an error on our part or manufacturing fault, Aija Kivi Jewellery will refund all costs associated with returning the item back to us, as well as your original postage costs.
    9. If all the above conditions are fulfilled, the refund will be sent to you within 14 working days, counting from the date of validation of return, normally by using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
    10. All complaint queries should be emailed to us at info@aijakivi.com and are generally dealt with within 48 hours. If we need to investigate your query further we will advise you.

    Security and Privacy Policy

    1. Aija Kivi Jewellery acknowledges the importance of the security of your personal data and your online transactions and takes all necessary steps to ensure maximum safety. All information related to your personal information and your transactions is secure and confidential. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
    2. When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address.
    3. By submitting your personal information to our server, you guarantee that the information is true, legal, and in no way misleading.
    4. We inform you that once you subscribe to our website you automatically consent to receive our newsletters via email. If you wish to stop receiving our newsletters please contact us at info@aijakivi.com.

    Limitation of Liability 

    1. Aija Kivi Jewellery uses its best endeavors to ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete, and always up to date. Although we make every effort to ensure complete accuracy, some prices or details shown on the website may change from time to time, and it is possible that errors will occur. We will rectify any errors as swiftly as possible.
    2. Aija Kivi Jewellery does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of all information contained on this site, nor guarantee that the use of its website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. 
    3. Aija Kivi Jewellery can guarantee to inform its customers on time, about nonavailability of its products, or any delay that may occur to a customer’s order.
